Job Description:
As a Programmer at Samvedya Technologies, you will utilize your expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Spring Data, Spring MVC, Hybris, and SQL databases to design, develop, and maintain high-performance software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient, scalable products while ensuring software quality and meeting business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable, maintainable Java-based applications using Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Framework.
- Implement Microservices architecture to build independent, scalable services that are easy to maintain.
- Utilize Spring Data to work with relational and NoSQL databases, optimizing performance and simplifying data access.
- Develop and enhance features on the Hybris eCommerce platform, ensuring seamless integration and customization.
- Write and maintain SQL queries, ensuring data integrity and optimizing database performance.
- Build interactive and dynamic front-end features using jQuery and JavaScript.
- Integrate RESTful APIs for external systems and internal service communication.
- Collaborate with the QA team to write unit tests, integration tests, and automated tests.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, optimizing performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Work within an Agile team environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Follow coding best practices, conducting peer reviews, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Java and solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
- Experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Framework for building modern web applications.
- Proven ability to develop Microservices and implement service-oriented architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Data for efficient data access and integration with various databases.
- Strong experience with SQL Databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and optimizing queries.
- Expertise in working with the Hybris eCommerce platform, including module customization and integration.
- Proficient in using jQuery and JavaScript for developing responsive, dynamic web applications.
- Experience with RESTful APIs for building and consuming web services.
- Knowledge of Git for version control and collaborative development.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, with a strong ability to optimize complex systems.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Trello.
- Familiarity with front-end JavaScript frameworks like Angular or React.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
